Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel within fourteen days of placing your order, or fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If you do cancel your order, you should return the unwanted goods to us within a reasonable time.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item to us. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund to you including the initial delivery charge providing that the full order has been returned. However, should you wish to keep some of the order, the initial delivery cost will not be returned.

Please note:

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within a reasonable time after delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • It is your responsibility to provide us with evidence of returning / shipping the goods back to us within the time specified under the cancellation policy. Refunds will only be provided upon receipt of such evidence. Refunds will be made without undue delay upon proof of returning the goods to us.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

All prices are in UK Pound GBP and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Items may differ slightly in detail from those illustrated on the site. Payment can only be made using the cards specified on our front page.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@myhippostore.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@myhippostore.co.uk.

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at support@myhippostore.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
